Turbo Mortgage, LLC is led by it’s founder, Sam Trantham.
Mr. Trantham has served Central Texas Residential and Commercial Loan clients in the mortgage business for 20 years.
It all started in 2000,, when he formed and managed his first mortgage brokerage company, Commitment Mortgage, which he operated for eight years. Mr. Trantham personally originated over $200M in residential and commercial loans. Surviving the economic meltdown and Real Estate Recession in 2008, while others failed, Mr. Trantham continued his mortgage career as a loan originator, and banking branch manager with mortgage banking companies until he started Savvy Mortgage in 2012. . With Savvy Mortgage, Mr. Trantham launched his own real estate radio show broadcast; Savvy Real Estate Show, with KLBJ-1260 am, which aired for 4 years. With the benefit of this diverse experience and history, Mr. Trantham later launched Turbo Mortgage, which today is a technology savvy mortgage company focusing on mortgage education, competitive loan origination, and superior customer service for the entire state of Texas.
Mid 2017, Mr. Trantham formed Turbo Mortgage Development LLC, a mortgage franchising support company, formed to expand the market share for Turbo Mortgage LLC.
Today, Turbo Mortgage, LLC is headquartered in Lakeway Texas.
Together with Turbo Mortgage Development LLC, Turbo Mortgage LLC serves customers statewide.
