Set forth below is an estimated charge or range of charges for the settlement services listed.

    You are NOT required to use the above-listed providers as a condition for the purchase of the subject property.

    THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WHO MAY PROVIDE SIMILAR SERVICES AND YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICE AND RATE FOR SUCH SERVICES.

    Turbo Mortgage fees are based on the size and type of loan and range from 0% to 1% or more depending on the loan amount. Interest rates fluctuate based on market conditions, the type of the loan, and the size of the loan. Rates and fees are adjusted often to reflect market conditions and a current quote should be obtained.
